This fully dynamic system allows for user defined input parameters that feed a proprietary scoring engine to derive a "health score" for each registered user. An extremely extensive web and PDF report that details nearly every aspect of the particular employees health is provided for each employee in his/her personal portal. The overall goal of the application is to drive down the cost of health insurance for the participating companies by making their employees more aware of their health.

This custom solution relied on the ability to unify several pieces of technology through Microsoft SQL Server 2005. I was able to do this by leveraging the FreeTDS library and the new 2000/20005 SQL Server Adapter for Rails found on github here: http://github.com/rails-sqlserver/2000-2005-adapter/tree/master.
